General Questions

All setup but it still doesn't work?
It usually takes 24-48 hours from the initial activation of your DNS Hosting account before changes are visible on the Web.
If your changes are not visable on the web (or your mail does not work) after 48 hours, please double check all your settings, and make sure the source address' are functional.
A good way to check if your email forwarding is working correctly and to identify where the problem lies is:
Send an email to your source address, with your new DNS Hosting email e.g. user@yourdomainname.com.au in the CC field. If you receive 2 copies of this test email, then everything is working as desired. If you receive 1 copy... you have a problem with your DNS Hosting settings and you should check your MX records. If you don't receive any copies of this test email, please double check your mail settings with your external mail provider.
It is possible that your URL forwarding is active prior to the email forwarding (or vice versa) as DNS caching for mail services (MX records) may differ from www records by anywhere up to 24 hours.

I've paid for DNS Hosting, however I can't login.
If you purchased DNS Hosting with your domain, or sometime after your domain purchase, there is a chance that your account is not yet setup.
DNS Hosting is activated manually, and usually takes 48 hours to be setup on your domain. If it has been more than 48 hours, and you're still getting a login or password error, please feel free to email us.

I can't login to my DNS Hosting account.
If you're logging into DNS Hosting through your Domain Name Manager, and you receive a password error message, this may be for one of two reasons.
- If you recently purchased your domain name, your DNS Hosting account may not be active yet. DNS Hosting takes roughly 48 hours before it's activated after a new domain registration.
- Have you changed your password since registering your domain? If so, DNS Hosting may still be set to your original user/pass, or alternatively the user/pass of the registrant contact. If you still can't remember your user/pass, please email us and we'll reset it .
